Prayajak Shrine | U Thong | Chorake Sam Phan River | Suphan Buri

ln 1857 the sculpture of Vishnu has been founded by the residents Of U-thong district. The sculpture itself was made of Laterite and built thousands of years ago during the seventh and eighth century of Dvaravati era. They found the sculpture at the Shore of Chorake Sam Phan River and decided to locate it on the altar inside the shrine they built.

Therefore people can pray and practice their religion. Later in 1986, the board committee ot the shrine agreed to build the new shrine with marbles that cost 3 million baht. This project completed within the same year. The board committee also held an official opening ceremony on December 24, 1986.
