Khao Kheow Open Zoo, situated in Chonburi Province, has been a cherished resource for over 60 years. The zoo encompasses over 2,000 acres of the Khao Kheow-Khao Chom Puo Wildlife Sanctuary.

It is the first zoo in Thailand to become a member of WAZA. Khao Kheow Open Zoo is located in beautiful forests and is more of a sanctuary with many animals free to roam in their very own secure environments.

These individual habitats include: desert, grasslands, woodlands, wetlands, rocks and mountains. Here visitors will find all kinds of exciting and educational ecotourism activities for the whole family, including animal safari, after dark safari, conservation education, and many more.
