Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus (Botanical Garden) is situated 21 km from Nakhon Pathom town. There are various projects to educate local farmers and the general public, including scaled-down projects such as an irrigation system initiated along with the Royal project, an agricultural technology project, an Entomological Park where various species of butterflies are inhabited, Suan Saen Palm which collects many kinds of ornamental palms, and a pilot vegetable plantation plot.
