Thapom Klong Song Nam | Mangrove Area | Nature Trail | Krabi

Situated amidst mangrove forest and swamp forest, on the edge of the Andaman sea tide line and waters rotate from brackish to fresh and transform from slightly murky to emerald-green clarity. The natural forest trail of Tha Pom has a total length of about 700 metres and takes around 45 minutes to walk through it.

There are water that miraculously turns crystal clear, mangroves, neon green plants, tree roots, and a host of never before seen vegetation.

At the end of the Tha Pom trail is a lookout tower where visitors can get a bird’s eye view of the nature park.

The tangle and array of vegetation, the sparkling water, and the limestone cliffs and mountains in the background, make Tha Pom Khlong Song Nam a special and undiscovered place worth a visit.
