Was constructed on lop of a mound and features a Ceylonese bell-shaped chedi on a raised platform with a tumbled spire. There is a staircase on each of the 4 sides of ihe platform which is decorated with a total of 68 bejewelled elephants all around, with slucco reliefs of important plants in Buddhism such as Bodhi tree, sal tree, etc. in between.
