GAU Coffee & Bakery is small coffee roaster & artisan bakery, we roast high quality coffee, and baking freshly bread&cake every morning, in center of Hanoi’s old street.

I and my wife, have coffee & bakery Academy, we have been teaching, training, RnD since 2014, for many F & B Brands in Việt Nam, and in December 2016, we opened 2nd Gau Coffee & Bakery, at 33 Hang Be Str, only artisan making high quality coffee & bake, which are served freshly every-days.

Beside retail in this “Artisan House: 33 Hang Be“, we supply roasted coffee, frozen croissants, breads, pastry to other coffee shops, bakery, and 4* 5* Hotel in Vietnam. In Việt Nam, hard to find the really specialty coffee shop & natural yeast bakery like Gau, we are very proud of this.
