Location and direction:
Homestay is located at district 1 and near Ben Thanh Market. You can easily find out us in 197/2 Nguyen Trai street. It just takes 5 walking mins to Ben Thanh Market, Bui Vien backpackers street and well-known places in Ho Chi Minh City. Our location is nearby central bus station where you can take busses to go around city.
From Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you can take bus number 109 to last bus station in 23/9 park (central bus station). Then you take 5 walking minutes to our homestay.

- Just 2 walking minutes to Nguyen Thai Binh traditional market, where you can enjoy Vietnamese local life and find out stuff, street-food…
- Passio, Da Lat pho coffee shop where you can enjoy your early morning and view Sai Gon street life every morning.

Space:
Uts Homestay has a total area of 120 m2. There are 4 floors with 2 bedrooms in 1st and 2nd floors, kitchen and lobby is located in ground floor and 3rd floor with private bedroom and green garden. Homestay is small but it’s warm and enough comfortable for your staying.
We have common areas shared by all guests: lobby, kitchen, terrace. 3rd floor which small garden where you can enjoy a good morning with cup of coffee or reading book. In each corner of home, you can see green color of trees, flowers: stair, small balconies in your bedrooms, kitchen, lobby, bathrooms.
Room:
- Dorm room with 2 bunks bed, share one bathroom, toilet with 6 guests.
- Two private rooms with 1 bunk bed/room, share one bath room and toilet with 4 guests.
- One private room with one queen bed, share one bathroom and toilet with 4 guests
- VIP private room in 3rd floor with 1 queen bed, private bathroom, toilet, green garden is located opposite door.
Facilities and Services:
- Kitchen is equipped fully facilities: fridge, gas stove, microware, bowls, forks, spoons, chopsticks, spice…
- Bathroom is combined with toilet inside with full facilities: towel, shampoo, shower gel, soap.
- Aircon is set up for all rooms.
- In two private rooms with queen beds, they are equipped with fan and TV.
- Private reading light is equipped for each bed
- Each bed has private cabinet where guests can keep their private luggage.
- Wifi is set up for each floor to make sure that internet speed is strong and fast enough for you to work, relax…
- Washing machine, washing powder, e-iron are available for your self-service in 3rd
