Laplae Ancient Community | During the period of Sukhothai | Uttaradit

An ancient community dating from the Ayutthaya period, Laplae is an attractive place to visit with old wooden houses, hand-woven textiles and other craft specialties.

It is also a major producer of langsat, the province’s famous fruit. It lies west of town via Highway 102 for 3 km, then to the right along Highway 1041 for a further 6 km.
